Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or during high-volume periods may require additional processing time.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is typically:

Orders may arrive sooner depending on the delivery location, carrier speed, and warehouse availability.
Shipping Carriers
We may ship orders using carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other regional delivery partners depending on availability, destination, and product type.
The carrier used for your order may vary.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
If tracking shows no movement right away, this does not always mean the package is lost. Some carriers scan packages later in the delivery process.

Alpha Recovery Lab is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check:

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Alpha Recovery Lab is not responsible for theft, loss, or misplacement after delivery.
However, you may contact us and we will do our best to help you investigate the issue.
We will review the issue and help resolve it according to our policies.
Preorders or Backordered Items
If an item is sold as a preorder or backorder, the estimated shipping timeframe will be displayed on the product page or communicated after purchase.
Preorder and backorder shipping dates are estimates only and may change due to production, supplier, carrier, or customs delays.
International Shipping
At this time, Alpha Recovery Lab primarily ships within the United States.
If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.
Alpha Recovery Lab is not responsible for customs delays or rejected international shipments.
Order Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly.
If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.
