You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using compression products if you are pregnant, have diabetes, blood circulation issues, blood clots, deep vein thrombosis, heart disease, neuropathy, varicose veins, swelling, edema, recent surgery, open wounds, skin conditions, implanted medical devices, or any medical condition that may be affected by compression.

Do not use AlphaFlow Recovery Boots if use causes pain, numbness, unusual discomfort, skin irritation, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any adverse reaction. Stop use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

You are responsible for reading and following all product instructions, warnings, sizing guidance, and safety information before use.

4. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory limitations, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or misuse of promotions.

Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process payment. After an order is placed, we may be unable to cancel or modify it, especially once fulfillment has started.

If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email, phone number, or billing information provided at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed under incorrect pricing.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect addresses, weather, supply chain interruptions, high order volume, payment holds, or events outside our control.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss may pass to the customer to the fullest extent permitted by law. If a package is marked delivered but not received, you should contact the carrier and our support team.

You are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

If we offer custom name patches, personalization, monogramming, special colors, custom accessories, or made-to-order products, you are responsible for entering customization details accurately.

Customized products may require additional processing time and may not be eligible for return, cancellation, or exchange unless defective or required by law.
